Managed Services
DG provides a number of managed services to assist our customers manage their data storage environments (DSE).
These services range from basic reporting through to fully managed data environments.
Some of our most popular managed services are:
- Data Profiling Service - provide insight into the unstructured data within the Customer organisation via an Unstructured Data Profile report.
- Heterogeneous Data Storage Assessment Service - independent review and written report on the Customers DSE. This information can then be used to improve utilisation and storage efficiencies within the Customers DSE to generate cost savings or defer costs.
- NetApp Base Managed Service - a base level managed service to assist the Customer with the basic management of their NetApp DSE. Other services are available – Enhanced, Residency & Fully Managed.
- NetApp Pulse Health Check Service - review of current NetApp (or N-Series) storage environment and to identify any potential areas of improvement to maximise the Return on Investment of their NetApp assets.
