Meet the founders and Senior Management of Diversus Group:

Pheidologeton diversus (aka Phil the ant) – Phil is our trusted mascot and the glue of Diversus Group. Phil’s been with us since inception and reminds us every day of our brand ambition – to make Phil a world famous ant!

Aaron Pickering (Chief Technologist) – Known for his unconventional approach, Co-Founder Aaron is the energy behind Diversus Group. With a diverse career history spanning more than 15 years in IT and technology Aaron always brings a new way of looking at technology challenges and driving outcomes.

Chris Starsmeare (Chief Executive Officer) – Is the business man with over 15 years' experience in IT. As the second Co-Founder Chris is the front of the company and our prime negotiator. Strong prior company leadership experience; Chris has spent many years consulting both in Australia and overseas for large consulting and Insurance companies.

Roxanne Pickering (Chief Operating Officer) – The organised one of the team with over 15 years experience in various administrative roles including Office Management, Executive Assistant & Sports Coordinator roles.  In her position of COO Roxanne provides support to our external providers while also overseeing the administration of the internal Business Operations Unit. Roxanne offers a wide range of support to staff at all levels while ensuring the companies compliance responsibilities are being met.

Denis Maguire (Managing Director DG Solutions) – Brings leadership, over the last 15 years having led several large services organisations across ANZ as well as Asia Pacific. Joining the group in 2009 to lead the expansion into new customers and broader solutions, Denis started the DG Solutions division. His thought leadership and customer oriented approach have fit well with DG growth strategy and team culture.
